Meanwhile, on the work front, Varun will next be seen in Nitesh Tiwari directorial Bawaal. The film will also feature Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role. Bawaal is set to hit the theatres on October 6, 2023. Varun has also commenced shooting for the Indian adaption of Citadel co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
