Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Twinkle Khanna on Saturday took to her social media handle and treated her fans with a sneak peek into her 'mom life' ahead of Mothers' Day. Through the video, the actor expressed her love language as a mother by "sprinkling desi mom tadka". According to her, desi moms are "Seri, Alexa and Google calendar all rolled into one".
Sharing the post on Instagram, Twinkle captioned it as "Sprinkling some desi mom tadka over the five love languages. How do you show your kid affection without saying 'I love you'? #EveryDayForEveryMom #mothersday #desimom." The video shows the actor recreating how she interacts with her kids by asking them whether they have finished their homework, giving them wholesome meals, reminding them of deadlines, bragging about their accomplishments to everyone, and being their biggest supporter.
Reacting to her video, Bollywood actor Malaika Arora commented, "Haha … me." One of Twinkle's fans wrote, "I give them an irritating hug, make healthy vegetables when they don't hear when I call them I call in a husky ghostly voice, and when they are out I video call them. Ah I love motherhood."

Meanwhile, Twinkle made her Bollywood debut in 1995's 'Barsaat' alongside Bobby Deol. She has appeared in a number of other films, including 'Joru Ka Ghulam', 'Baadshah', and 'Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai'. Twinkle ventured into writing in 2015 after a lengthy acting career that she ended in 2001. Her first book Mrs Funnybones was well-liked by readers and received wide appreciation. She also wrote another book 'The Legend Of Lakshmi Prasad' in 2017.
