Hyderabad: After the release of Adipurush promotional assets, the fans of Prabhas are seemingly waiting for updates on the actor's other highly anticipated film, Salaar. According to reports, Salaar director Prashanth Neel and producer Vijay Kiragandur have gone off Twitter as they were facing immense pressure from Prabhas' fans to share updates on the film. The chatter around Salaar still continues to rule social media and according to the latest buzz, the makers have apparently locked a date for the Salaar teaser release.
If reports are anything to go by, fans of Prabhas will soon get to see the first glimpse of the film as team Salaar is planning to drop the film's teaser with Adipurush. The mythological drama helmed by Om Raut featuring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles is all set to hit the big screens on June 16. Reports are rife that the Salaar teaser will be attached with Adipurush as makers are aiming to kickstart the promotions for the action thriller on a grand note.

As reported earlier, Prabhas is likely to be playing a dual role in Salaar which is said to be about two young people from different nations who fall in love despite the distance and cultural differences and overcome numerous challenges. Written and directed by Prashanth and produced by Vijay's Hombale Films, Salaar also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles. The film is set to hit big screens on September 28 in Telugu and dubbed versions in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
