Laal Peeli Akhiyaan song out: Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon burn dance floor with peppy track

Dance number Laal Peeli Akhiyaan from Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's upcoming flick was unveiled on Friday. The romantic film Teri Baaton mein Aisa Uljha Jiya will hit theatres on February 9.

Hyderabad: Bollywood actors Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon have been roped in for the first time for a romantic flick titled Teri Baaton mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. On Friday, the makers dropped the first track from the film. The song titled Laal Peeli Akhiyaan features Shahid and Kriti in a celebratory mood.

Shaik Jani Basha is the choreographer for the dance routine. The energetic beats are composed by Tanishk Bagchi, a chart-topping musician. With lyrics by Neeraj Rajawat and vocals by Romy and Tanishk, the song is the ideal fusion of lyrics and beat.

Talking about the song, musician and composer Tanishk Bagchi said, "Laal Peeli Akhiyaan is an incredible banger! You'll be on the dance floor in no time thanks to its beats. The song's standout feature is undoubtedly Shahid's contagious energy; I can't wait to see folks groove to this one!"

Shahid can be seen displaying his amazing dance abilities in the video. He looked dapper in black trousers and shades with a black shirt. With this, Shahid Kapoor returns to the romance genre following the huge success of Kabir Singh, and fans are ecstatic about what's to come. The film also features the renowned actor Dharmendra in addition to Shahid and Kriti.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, a Maddock Film production, is directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. It is bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar. The highly awaited trailer of the film is slated to be released on January 18 with the film hitting the theatres on February 9, 2024.

Apart from Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Shahid Kapoor has Deva with Pooja Hegde. The crew recently wrapped the first schedule of the film, the announcement of which was made by producing company Roy Kapur Films via a photo uploaded on X, formerly known as Twitter.
