New Delhi: As many as 43 leaders took oath as ministers in the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Union Cabinet on Wednesday evening. This includes 36 new faces and seven Ministers of State who were elevated. Among them, one of the most notable inclusions has been Jyotiraditya Scindia.
Speaking to reporters after taking the oath, Scindia said that he will fulfil the responsibility with full confidence which has been entrusted to him by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah. Referring to his past experience, he said that whatever responsibility was given to him in the last 20 years, he fulfilled it with all his heart and will continue to do so. Scindia further said that he has nothing much to say now and will speak to the media in detail very soon.
