Postmortem reveals Judge Uttam Anand died due to head injury

The post-mortem report of District and Sessions Court Judge Uttam Anand has revealed that he hit his head against a heavy and solid object before his death. As per the post-mortem report, the judge died due to a head injury. Meanwhile, the Jharkhand government has recommended a CBI investigation which was approved by the Jharkhand High Court.

Dhanbad (Jharkhand): The post-mortem report of District and Sessions Court Judge Uttam Anand has revealed that he hit his head against a heavy and solid object before his death. As per the post-mortem report, the judge died due to a head injury.

During the post-mortem of the body, the medical board has found ten marks of head injury. In which three injury marks were in the upper part of the head. At the same time, seven injury marks have been found within the head. In the report, it has been revealed that a massive blood loss occurred due to the injury.

On July 28, Judge Uttam Anand was found lying injured near Randhir Verma Chowk. The police swung into action after getting the CCTV footage of the incident. In the footage, an auto is seen hitting the judge. On the statement of the judge's wife, an FIR was lodged against unknown people in the Sadar police station.

The team of SIT under the leadership of ADJ Sanjay Latkar is now investigating the whole matter. The SIT team has arrested two accused in this case and sent them to jail. Police are also interrogating both of them on remand. The SIT is also investigating all the cases that were under Judge Uttam Anand's hearing.

CBI investigation will be done in the case

From the Jharkhand High Court to the Supreme Court, there is a keen observation on Judge Uttam Anand's shocking death case. The Jharkhand government had recommended a CBI probe into the matter, on which the High Court has given its approval. The High Court will continue to monitor the investigation of the case. At the same time, SIT is continuously investigating this matter in every aspect.
