New Delhi: The Indian Army foiled an infiltration attempt by a Pakistani Border Action Team (BAT) squad along the Line of Control (LoC) in Keran sector of Kupwara in the first week of August.
In a video released today, bodies of eliminated Pakistani Army regulars and terrorists can be seen along with their equipment.
Earlier in August, the Indian Army had offered to the Pakistan military to take possession of bodies of its personnel who were killed when it foiled the attack.
Reports suggested that the Pakistan Army had been asked to approach the Indian Army by raising white flags and take possession of bodies which were lying on the Indian side of the LoC.
The Army had foiled an attack by BAT on a forward post along the Line of Control (LoC) in Keran sector, killing five to seven intruders.
The BAT generally comprises special forces personnel of the Pakistani Army and terrorists.
Meanwhile, a top Indian Army commander today said that they have received inputs that there may be a terror attack in the southern part of India, after abandoned boats were recovered from the Sir Creek area.
