Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A three-day meet of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which is to deliberate on various issues of national importance including CAA and NRC, is being held here from Thursday.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will address the inaugural session of the meeting, aimed at preparing a strategy to strengthen the organisation by establishing new branches of it in the rural parts of the country.
The sources told that Bhagwat would discuss the issues related to the newly amended citizenship act and the proposed National Register of Citizens (NRC) with the RSS cadre and prepare strategy to educate people on these issues.
How the RSS could be strengthened further is also an important issue that is expected to be discussed during the three-day-long meeting.
The RSS meeting would also evaluate the electoral performance of the BJP in the recent past and work on winning the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi and Bihar, they added.
