New Delhi: Hours after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's criticised the government's achievements from February till July, questioning its priorities, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar hit back at him by listing the measures taken by the Union government.
Giving out a list of achievements Congress has made in the last six months, Javadekar stated that the opposition has not only lost its government in Madhya Pradesh but has also instigated labourers, provoking Shaheen Bagh protest.
Further Javadekar said, "By making fun of candle lights, you have insulted the people of India and have made fun of corona warriors. India has fought its 'war on corona' as it has least average cases, active cases and death rate than the US, Europe and Brazil."
In a series of tweet, BJP leader said that Congress has defended China and their government is on the verge of collapse in Rajasthan.
"Will tell Rahul Gandhi's achievements in last six months. Shaheen Bagh & riots in Feb, losing Scindia & MP govt in March, instigating labourers in April, 6th anniversary of historic poll defeat in May, advocating for China in June and party destroyed in Rajasthan in July," his tweet read.

"Everyday Congress party takes it to Twitter to criticise Modi govt. The party has confined its activities only to Twitter and social media," he said while speaking to reporters.
Highlighting an exhaustive list of events, undertaken by the BJP government since the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic, Rahul Gandhi today stated that the former had focused on every other aspect, except tackling the prevailing issue.
In his latest tweet, Rahul Gandhi sought to put forth events such as 'Namaste Trump' to the 'ongoing attempts to topple the Rajasthan government', as the list of achievements of 'Modi's AtmaNirbhar Bharat'.
Wayanad MP wrote, "These are the achievements of BJP government during the corona crisis."

"In February - Namaste Trump, March - the downfall of Madhya Pradesh government, April- Candle lightning, May-BJP's anniversary for completing six years, June-Virtual rally in Bihar, July-Toppling the Rajasthan govt. These are the reasons why India is 'AtmaNirbhar' at the time of the pandemic," his tweet read in Hindi.
He has been critical of the government over the handling of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) situation with China after the killing of 20 Indian soldiers, including an officer on June 15 in Ladakh's Galwan Valley by the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA). He also questioned the government over its claim that China did not occupy or intrude into India.
Firing salvos at the government over China's intrusion in India, Rahul Gandhi said, "The question is why the Chinese chose this particular time to move. What is it about India's situation that has made China act in such an aggressive way. What is about this moment of time to have the confidence that they can move against a country like India?"
The opposition party had also slammed the government over economy and unemployment amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier, the Wayanad MP had tweeted, "Since 2014, the PM’s constant blunders and indiscretions have fundamentally weakened India and left us vulnerable. Empty words don’t suffice in the world of geopolitics."
Earlier this month, Congress leader also posted a video on his twitter handle in which he claimed that China has intruded eastern region of Ladakh. He accused PM Modi of lying on the Indo-China border issue, saying that Ladakhis claim that China has taken their land.
Congress had repeatedly asked the government to provide financial aid to the poor and marginal section of the society by transferring immediate cash into their bank accounts.
