In an attempt to provide employment opportunities to migrant workers, who have returned from other states, Yogi-Adityanath government had directed the officials to develop a mobile application two weeks back. The application was developed to ensure that workers, who desperately need jobs or have lost their jobs during the lockdown period, can get themselves registered.

With the help of mobile apps, migrant labourers can also do skill mapping and can get themselves trained in various grades. According to the official data, more than 2 million workers have returned to the state during the two-month nationwide lockdown. PTI
