Hubli: A three-and-a-half-year-old from Hubli has brought laurels to the city as his name was registered in India Book of Records owing to his amazing grasping and memorising skills.
Advaith Sardeshmukha, can tell names of the continents, state capitals and planets of the solar system. The child also identifies filmstars, recite numbers in Hindi and English, as well as poetry and short stories.
The boy also quickly learnt the names of the Prime Minister and Chief Ministers of India.
Coming across Advaith's talent, India Book of Records featured his name seeing his extraordinary talent and intellectual ability. His mother works as a teacher and father is employed in a private company.
Talking to ETV Bharat, Advaith's mother Shweta said, "When we came to about his memory power, we were surprised. When he could hardly speak, he started singing shlokas and chanted prayers. During the lockdown period, he learnt a lot after which India Book of Records identified his unique talent. He was also awarded a medal and a certificate for appreciation. We are really proud of him."

"When he was around one year and nine months, I started reading bedtime stories for him. I narrated and acted like the characters of the stories and in the morning when I read them again he would automatically say the last line of the stories. I understood that he was interested in reading and then started teaching him the names of planets and continents. To our surprise, he grasped the names very quickly. When he properly learnt the names of zodiac signs, oceans and political leaders, only then we approached the India Book of Records to showcase his talents," said Avaith's father Vinayaka Sardeshmukha.
Advait also has a youtube channel and is actively involved in singing and painting.
