New Delhi: Haryana Congress' president Kumari Selja on Thursday said the party would give tickets to its sitting MLAs and "winning candidates" who have worked among the masses in the state.
Addressing media persons after a meeting of party leaders from Haryana here at the party headquarters, the Congress leader said a number of suggestions have come from party leaders and workers and the Congress has welcomed them all.
"These very positive suggestions. We have welcomed them," she said.
The Haryana Congress chief said women would also be encouraged as far as distribution of party tickets is concerned.
"New faces, people who have worked on the ground and women would be prefered," she said, adding that the Conggress would form the next state government.
