Patna(Bihar): Taking a jibe at political analyst Prashant Kishore, Congress leader Shaswat Gautam has accused the political strategist of copying content from his work for 'Baat Bihar Ki' campaign on Friday.
While addressing a press conference at Patna, Gautam said that Prashant had stolen the idea of his 'Bihar Baat ki' campaign by using the different domain name 'Baat Bihar Ki'. Gautam said this is an infringement on intellectual property.
''If Prashant will apologise, I will forgive him. But if he won't, then the court will decide what has to be done. He should make his data public if he is right,'' said the Congress leader.
''It is wrong on his part that he has stolen my idea from the website. We were planning to create political awareness with the help of our idea. It is intellectual property theft," said the Congress leader.

Gautam said,'' A case has been filed against Prashant Kishore at Patliputra police station. We have also approached the civil court of Patna and filed an application against Kishore for theft of data. Now, we will leave for the court to decide whether it is an act of infringement or not."
JD(U) chief and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had expelled Prashant Kishore after which the political strategist launched his campaign 'Baat Bihar Ki' on February 18. Kishore claimed that he is aiming to make Bihar one of the ten best states in the country.
