The human body is endowed with several layers of immunity; which can be weakened by wrong eating habits, stress and lack of hygiene. Any new form of a pathogen from alien ecosystems can endanger our lives and turn into a Pandemic and one such incident is an outbreak of Coronavirus.
More than 14,000 cases of Coronavirus were reported in the world and three positive cases have been confirmed in the state of Kerala, India since its outbreak in January 2020. The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India issued a statement- "Travel Advisory further revised informing the public to refrain from travel to China and that anyone with travel history in China since January 15, 2020, and from now on could be quarantined".
The latest issue of famous publication begins “with no sign that an outbreak of a new coronavirus is abating, virologists worldwide are itching to get their hands on physical samples of the virus. They are drawing up plans to test drugs and vaccines, develop animal models of the infection and investigate questions about the biology of the virus such as how it spreads”. It is not too late before we get vaccines or drugs but we need provisional solutions until we believe we are safe.
