Auraiya(Uttar Pradesh): Hours after 26 migrant workers lost their lives in a road accident at Auriya, Jharkhand Chief Minsiter Hemant Soren attacked CM Yogi Adityanth for the 'inhumane treatment' meted out to the victims of the mishap.
Taking it to twitter, Soren criticized Yogi for not arranging ambulance to transport bodies of migrants workers to their families.
According to reports, bodies of deceased migrant labourers were transported along with the injured persons in the same vehicle.
However, he deleted the tweet later and softened his criticism and requested the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UP govt to arrange suitable transportation for the dead bodies till Jharkhand border. He further stated that his government will make sure that dignified arrangements are made for their families.
