ভারতবর্ষ আর মহিলাদের দেশ নেই : অনুষ্কা শঙ্কর

তেলাঙ্গানায় মহিলা ডাক্তারের খুন ও ধর্ষণের ঘটনা নাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে দেশকে। বিভিন্ন মহল থেকে নামী-অনামী সমস্ত ব্যক্তিত্বরা তাঁদের প্রতিক্রিয়া জানাচ্ছেন এই বিষয়ে। রবিশঙ্করের কন্যা অনুষ্কা শঙ্কর জানালেন তাঁর মত। বললেন ভারতবর্ষ আর মহিলাদের দেশ নয়।

মুম্বই : ধর্ষণ এখন একটি আন্তর্জাতিক মহামারীতে পরিণত হয়েছে, মনে করছেন অনুষ্কা। টুইটারে একাধিক পোস্টের মাধ্যমে তিনি তাঁর যন্ত্রণা ব্যক্ত করেছেন। আজ নয়, 2012 সালে জ্যোতি সিং পাণ্ডের ধর্ষণ ও খুনের ঘটনাই বদলে দেয় অনুষ্কার জীবন। সেই থেকে আজ অবধি তিনি কষ্ট পেয়ে যাচ্ছেন, কেঁদে যাচ্ছেন।

অনুষ্কা লিখেছেন, "সাত বছর আগে জ্যোতি সিং পাণ্ডের উপর হওয়া ধর্ষণ ও খুনের ঘটনা আমার জীবন বদলে দেয়। 2004 সালে সুনামি যেমন পৃথিবীর অক্ষ পরিবর্তন করে দিয়েছিল, জ্যোতির ঘটনাটা আমার মানসিক কাঠামোটা পরিবর্তন করে দিয়েছিল। ওর শরীরে হওয়া আক্রমণ গুলো আমি নিজের শরীরে অনুভব করেছিলাম। আর আমার জীবনে হওয়া যৌন হেনস্থার ঘটনা আমি সবার সামনে তুলে ধরেছিলাম।"

সেদিন থেকে আজ অবধি বারে বারে কষ্ট পেয়েছেন অনুষ্কা। কারণ একটার পর একটা ধর্ষণের ঘটনা সামনে এসেছে এই কয়েকবছরে। তিনি লিখেছেন, "এটা তো একটা আন্তর্জাতিক মহামারীতে পরিণত হয়েছে। ভারতবর্ষ আর মহিলাদের দেশ নেই। আমার রাগ হয়। আমি বাকরুদ্ধ হয়ে যাই। আমি বুঝতে পারি না আমার কী করা উচিত। আমার চিৎকার করতে ইচ্ছে করে, কিন্তু আমি কোনও আওয়াজ করতে পারি না। কারণ কোনও কিছুই পরিবর্তিত হবে না। আর প্রতিদিন প্রতি মিনিটে মহিলারা ধর্ষিত হবেন।"
