পরপর দু'টি বিস্ফোরণে কেঁপে উঠল জম্মুর বায়ুসেনার ঘাঁটি

এবার বিস্ফোরণ জম্মুর বায়ুসেনার ঘাঁটির ভিতরে ৷ দু'জন আহত হলেও ঘাঁটির কোনও বিশেষ ক্ষতি হয়নি ৷ পরিস্থিতি খতিয়ে দেখতে এয়ার মার্শাল বিক্রম সিং জম্মু যাচ্ছেন ৷

জম্মু, 27 জুন : বিস্ফোরণে কেঁপে উঠল জম্মুর বায়ুসেনা ঘাঁটি চত্বর ৷ রাত প্রায় দেড়টা নাগাদ পাঁচ মিনিটের ব্যবধানে পরপর দু'টি বিস্ফোরণ হয় সাতওয়ারিতে (Satwari) অবস্থিত জম্মু বিমানবন্দরের বায়ুসেনার বিশেষ টেকনিক্যাল (Jammu Air Force station) এলাকায় ৷ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ওই অঞ্চলটি নিরাপত্তা বাহিনী দিয়ে ঘিরে ফেলা হয় ৷ উচ্চ-আধিকারিক, পুলিশ, ফরেনসিক বিশেষজ্ঞ (forensic experts), বম্ব ডিসপোজাল স্কোয়াড (bomb disposal squad) দ্রুত ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছে যায় ৷ প্রাথমিক তদন্তে অনুমান, এই বিস্ফোরণ ঘটাতে বায়ুসেনা ঘাঁটির কাছে দুটি ড্রোন (Drones) পাঠানো হয়েছিল ৷ এই ঘটনায় দু'জন ব্যক্তি সামান্য আহত হয়েছেন ৷ কিন্তু বায়ুসেনা ঘাঁটির বিশেষ কোনও ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হয়নি বলে জানা গিয়েছে ৷

রাত 1.45 নাগাদ প্রথম বিস্ফোরণটি হয় বায়ুসেনা ঘাঁটির টেকনিক্যাল এলাকার একতলা বাড়ির ছাদে আর দ্বিতীয়টি খোলা জায়গায় ৷ ভারতীয় বায়ুসেনা (IAF) তাদের একটি টুইটে জানিয়েছে, "কম তীব্রতার বিস্ফোরণের" (low-intensity explosions) ঘটনায় প্রথম বিস্ফোরণটি একটি বাড়ির ছাদে হওয়ায় ছাদটি সামান্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে ৷

জম্মু বিমানবন্দর একটি অসামরিক বিমানবন্দর ৷ কিন্তু এর রানওয়ে আর এটিসি-র দেখভালের দায়িত্বে রয়েছে ভারতীয় বায়ুসেনা (IAF) ৷ এই বিমানবন্দরটি ভারত-পাকিস্তান সীমান্তের 14 কিমি দূরত্বে অবস্থিত ৷

প্রতিরক্ষামন্ত্রকের কার্যালয়ের (Defence Ministry) তরফে একটি টুইটে জানানো হয়েছে, জম্মুর বায়ুসেনা ঘাঁটিতে বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা নিয়ে প্রতিরক্ষামন্ত্রী রাজনাথ সিং ভাইস এয়ার চিফ, এয়ার মার্শাল এইচএস অরোরার সঙ্গে কথা বলেছেন ৷ পরিস্থিতি খতিয়ে দেখতে এয়ার মার্শাল বিক্রম সিং জম্মু যাচ্ছেন ৷ চিফ অফ এয়ার স্টাফ, এয়ার চিফ মার্শাল আরকেএস ভাদাউরিয়াকে এই ঘটনার কথা জানানো হয়েছে ৷ শনিবার তিন দিনের সফরে বাংলাদেশ গিয়েছেন তিনি ৷

সূত্রে জানা গিয়েছে, এই বিস্ফোরণে পিছনে কোনও জঙ্গি সংগঠনের হাত আছে কি না, তা খতিয়ে দেখতে ভারতীয় বায়ুসেনা (IAF) ও এনআইএ (NIA)-এর উচ্চ পর্যায়ের একটি বিশেষ দল জম্মুতে বায়ুসেনার ঘাঁটিতে পৌঁছে গিয়েছে ৷

জম্মু এয়ারপোর্টের ডিরেক্টর প্রভাত রঞ্জন বেউরিয়া জানিয়েছেন, এই বিস্ফোরণের ফলে বিমান চলাচলে কোনও বিঘ্ন ঘটেনি ৷ এই প্রসঙ্গে তিনি বলেন, "নির্দিষ্ট সময় অনুযায়ী জম্মু বিমানবন্দরে বিমান আসা যাওয়া করছে ৷"
