নিরাপত্তায় পদাতিক বাহিনীর ভূমিকায় দেশ গর্বিত : প্রধানমন্ত্রী

ভারতীয় সেনার চিনার কর্পস আজ 74তম ইনফ্যান্ট্রি দিবস পালন করে । টুইটারে শুভেচ্ছা জানালেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি ।

দিল্লি, 27 অক্টোবর : ইনফ্যান্ট্রি দিবসে শুভেচ্ছা জানালেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি । বলেন, নিরাপত্তায় পদাতিক বাহিনীর ভূমিকায় দেশ গর্বিত ।

শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়ে টুইট করেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী । লেখেন, "ইনফ্যান্ট্রি দিবস উপলক্ষে সাহসী পদাতিকদের শুভেচ্ছা জানাই । দেশ রক্ষায় তাদের ভূমিকায় ভারত গর্ববোধ করে । তাদের সাহসিকতা লাখ লাখ দেশবাসীকে উৎসাহিত করে ।"

প্রতি বছর 27 অক্টোবর ভারতীয় সেনা "ইনফ্যান্ট্রি দিবস" উদযাপন করে । এদিনেই শিখ রেজিমেন্টের প্রথম ব্যাটেলিয়ন শ্রীনগর এয়ারবেসে নামে । পাকিস্তান সেনার বিরুদ্ধে সাহসী পদক্ষেপ করে ।

ভারতীয় সেনার চিনার কর্পস আজ 74 তম ইনফ্যান্ট্রি দিবস পালন করে । শ্রীনগরের বাদামি বাগ ক্যান্টনমেন্টে উদযাপন হয় । এখানে যুদ্ধ স্মারকে একাধিক সেনা আধিকারিক আজ শ্রদ্ধা জানান ।
