দিল্লি, 13 জুলাই : ভারতে বিনিয়োগ করতে চলেছে গুগল । আজ প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদির সঙ্গে বৈঠকের পর একথা জানালেন গুগলের CEO সুন্দর পিচাই । আগামী 5 থেকে সাত বছরে প্রায় 75,000 কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগ করবে গুগল । এরজন্য আজ গুগল ফর ইন্ডিয়া ডিজিটাইজেশন ফান্ডের ঘোষণা করলেন গুগলের CEO ।
"ভারতের জন্য ডিজিটাইজেশন ফান্ডের ঘোষণা করে আমি খুশি । ইকুইটি বিনিয়োগ, পার্টনারশিপের মাধ্যমে আমরা বিনিয়োগ করব । এটা ভারতের ভবিষ্যৎ এবং ডিজিটাল অর্থনীতির প্রতি আমাদের আস্থার প্রতিচ্ছবি ।" গুগল ফর ইন্ডিয়া ভার্চুয়াল কনফারেন্স মঞ্চ থেকে আজ একথা বলেন সুন্দর পিচাই ।

ডিজিটাইজেশনের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চারটি ক্ষেত্রে মূলত বিনিয়োগ করা হবে । এর মধ্যে প্রথমটি হল, প্রত্যেক ভারতীয় যাতে নিজের ভাষায় প্রয়োজনীয় সব রকম তথ্য পান । দ্বিতীয়টি হল, ভারতের চাহিদার সঙ্গে প্রাসঙ্গিক এমন নতুন প্রডাক্ট ও পরিষেবা তৈরিতে জোর । তিন নম্বরটি হল বাণিজ্যিক প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলির ক্ষমতায়ন যাতে প্রয়োজনে ডিজিটালে রূপান্তরিত হতে পারে । আর সব শেষে স্বাস্থ্য, কৃষি ও শিক্ষার মতো ক্ষেত্রে সমাজের ভালোর জন্য প্রযুক্তি ও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার উন্নতি ও প্রয়োগ । জানালেন গুগলের CEO ।
