তেজপুৰ,৩ জুলাই : অৱশেষত NIAৰ আদালতত ন্যায় পালে ভুক্তভুগিৰ পৰিয়ালে ৷২০১৪ চনত সংঘটিত এন ডি এফ বি ৰ নাৰকীয় হত্যালীলাত ভুক্তভুগিয়ে লাভ কৰিলে ন্যায় ৷এই ঘটনাৰ লগত জড়িত কোকৰাঝাৰ জিলাৰ ,বি টি এ ডিৰ খেমৰাই বসুমতাৰী ওৰফে উলা , আজি NIA ৰ আদালতে অভিযুক্ক কৰে ৷
NIA ৰ আদালতৰ গোচৰ নং RC-05/2014/NIA-GUW for offences u/s 19 & 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 ৰ অধিনত ৷

NIA য়ে এই গোচৰ লৈছিল ৷
এই গোচৰ মতে বিশ্বনাথৰ চাৰিয়ালিৰ সোনাজুলিৰ ৯ আৰু ১০ নং লাইনত এন ডি এফ বি য়ে নিসংশ ভাবে ৩০ জন আদিবাসী লোকক গুলিয়াই নিহত কৰিছিল ২৩ ডিচেম্বৰৰ বিয়লি ৷
খেমৰাই বসুমতাৰী ওৰফে উলাক , আজি NIA ৰ আদালতে 19 & 20 of UA (P) Act অধিনত দোষী সাব্যস্ত কৰি ৭ বছৰ সস্তম কাৰাদণ্ডৰে দণ্ডিত কৰাৰ লগতে ১০,০০০ টকাৰ জৰিমনা কৰে ৷ যদি উক্ত টকা পৰিষোধ কৰিবনোৱাৰে পুনৰ ৬ মাহ কাৰাদণ্ড ভোগ কৰিব লাগিব বুলি উল্লেখ কৰে উক্ত ৰায়ত ৷
উল্লেখযোগ্য যে অভিযুক্ত সেইসময়ত দ্বিতীয় লেফ্টেনেট আছিল নিষিদ্ধ সংগঠনৰ ৷আনহাতে মুল আন দুগৰাকী অভিযুক্ত অজয় বসুমতাৰী দিলিপ বসুমতাৰী A-1, A-2 অভিযুক্ত হল কহিমাত অৱস্থিত ৷

NIA COURT CONVICTED 2014 NDFB(S) MASSACARE IN BISWANATH
Tezpur : The Special NIA Court, Assam at Guwahati, convicted accused, Khamrei Basumatary @ Urla, S/o Jotin Basumatary r/o village- Baoradhundur, PS- Kokrajhar, Dist. Kokrajhar, BTAD, Assam, after he pleaded guilty to the charges, in NIA Crime Case No. RC-05/2014/NIA-GUW for offences u/s 19 & 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. The case was originally registered at Bishwanath Chariali Police Station, District Sonitpur, Assam, vide FIR No.310/2014 dated 25.12.2014 and subsequently taken over by NIA.
The case pertains to the terrorist attack on 23.12.2014 by cadres of NDFB(S), a proscribed terrorist organization, killing 30 persons belonging to Adivasi Community at 9 and 10 No. line of Sonajuli area under Biswanath Chariali Police Station.
Special Judge, NIA, Assam at Guwahati convicted the accused person for offences u/s 19& 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and sentenced him on 03.07.2019, to the following punishment:

7 years simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and in default another 06 months simple imprisonment on each count. All the sentences will run concurrently.
The accused was the 2nd Lieutenant of proscribed organization NDFB-S and harboured main accused, Ajoy Basumatary (A-1) and Dilip Basumatary (A-2) at a house in Kohima.
