First lady Melania Trump brought smiles to approximately two dozen young patients and their families as she made a Valentine's Day visit to the Children's Inn at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland Thursday.
Mrs. Trump participated in various arts and crafts with the young patients, who are currently undergoing treatment at NIH.
Many of the patients were under ten, but a few were in their late teens and twenties.
Mrs. Trump spent time making candygrams, heart snow globes and other activities before handing out White House valentines to each of the children.
She also accepted a bouquet of flowers and met with caregivers and the families of the young patients.
