Stampede at Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan: ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ 'ਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਾਤਾ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਸਰ 'ਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਭੀੜ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਾਤਾ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਭਵਨ 'ਚ ਮਚੀ ਭਗਦੜ 'ਚ 12 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 15 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰੋਕੀ ਗਈ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਜੰਮੂ: ਨਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਜੰਮੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਤਾ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਦੜ ਮੱਚ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ 'ਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 12 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋ ​​ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਭਗਦੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਇੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੱਟੜਾ 'ਚ ਭਗਦੜ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਗੇਟ ਨੰਬਰ ਤਿੰਨ ਨੇੜੇ ਵਾਪਰੀ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ, ਏਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਜੰਮੂ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜੰਮੂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।

ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਹੈਲਥ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਬਲਾਕ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਅਫਸਰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਦੱਤ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 12 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ 15 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਦਿਲਬਾਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕੱਟੜਾ ਸਥਿਤ ਮਾਤਾ ਵੈਸ਼ਨੋ ਦੇਵੀ ਭਵਨ 'ਚ ਮੱਚੀ ਭਗਦੜ 'ਚ 12 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ 1 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 2:45 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਵਾਪਰੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਜਾਂਚ 'ਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਮਾਰਤ 'ਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਭੀੜ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਬਹਿਸ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ-ਜਿਵੇਂ ਗੱਲ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧੀ, ਲੋਕ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਧੱਕੇ ਮਾਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਗਦੜ ਮੱਚ ਗਈ।

ਡਾਕਟਰ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਰਾਇਣਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 'ਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
