ଜେନିଭା: ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ସଙ୍କଟ ନେଇ ଆଜି ବସିଛି ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘର ସାଧାରଣ ସଭାର ଏକାଦଶ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ଅଧିବେଶନ । ଋଷର ସାମରିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ବିଶେଷ ଭାବେ ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ଗଭୀର ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରିଛି । ଅଧିକାଂଶ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି କହିବା ସହ ଋଷ ଅଭିଯାନକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଜାତିସଙ୍ଘ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ତଥା ମହାସଚିବ ଆଣ୍ଟୋନିଓ ଗୁଟେରସ୍ ।
