ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾಲ ಮುಗಿಯಿತು ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದವರಿಗೆ

ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 28 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ಗೆ ಏಳು ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಿ ತಾನು 21 ಕಡೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಬೇರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆ ಸೋಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಬಂದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನಾಯಕರು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಗೆ ಮೇಲುಗೈ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಾದ ಪುರಸಭೆ, ನಗರಸಭೆ, ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.41.72 ರಷ್ಟು ಅಂದರೆ 509 ಸ್ಥಾನ ಗೆದ್ದಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ 7 ನಗರಸಭೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಎರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಪುರಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 30ರ ಪೈಕಿ 13ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ 5 ಪುರಸಭೆಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ. ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 13ರ ಪೈಕಿ 3ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ 8 ಕಡೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ.

ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಂದರೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಸಿದಿದ್ದು, ಮೊನ್ನೆ ಗೆದ್ದ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ ಮರೆಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶೇ.30ರಷ್ಟು ಅಂದರೆ 366 ಕಡೆ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ 160 ಸ್ಥಾನ ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಶೇ.14ರಷ್ಟು. ಪಕ್ಷೇತರರು ಕೂಡ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಸಮನಾಗಿದ್ದು 160 ಸ್ಥಾನ ಗೆದ್ದು ಶೇ. 13.11 ರಷ್ಟು ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಒಟ್ಟು 1221 ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜಯಭೇರಿ ಭಾರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಏಕಾಂಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಿದ್ದು ಈ ಗೆಲುವಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಈ ಗೆಲುವಿನಿಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ಸಾಹ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ನಾಯಕರು ಟ್ವಿಟರ್, ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ನಂತಹ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಆದ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯನ್ನು ಎಳೆಎಳೆಯಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜನ ತಮ್ಮ ಪರವಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಾಯಕರು, ಇವಿಎಂ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಗುಂಡೂರಾವ್ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇವಿಎಂ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಪಸ್ವರ ಎತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಆಯಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆ ಆಧರಿಸಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ, ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಗೆಲುವಿನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತೆ ಪುಳಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನೆಲಕಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಒಮ್ಮೆಲೆ ಮೇಲೆದ್ದು ಬಂದಂತೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಗೆಲುವು ಕೂಡ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
