Besides lockdown woes, a father-son duo in Mulzara village of Nanded district of Maharashtra dug up a 16-feet well in front of their house to overcome drinking water scarcity. Siddhartha Devke, a musician used to work in a band but due to the COVID-19 induced lockdown he got unemployed. He utilised this time to dig a well and found a permanent solution to the water crisis faced by the villagers. He was accompanied by his son Pankaj and in just five days, they completed the digging upto 16 feet.
