Renowned sand artist from Bihar's Saran Ashok Kumar created 'Rafale' sand art along the banks of Saryu river. Kumar has inscribed 'Desh Ka Chowkidar....100 Kadam Aage' on the creative sand sculpture. The artist said that Rafale fighter jets will give a big boost to the Indian Air Force and the video has captured the attention of the netizens.
