'Farmer leaders responsible for Tractor rally violence'

In a special conversation with ETV Bharat, Preet Vihar ACP, Virendra Kumar Sharma said that farmer leaders are responsible for January 26 violence as the permission to organise the rally was given on their request and after their assurance of non-violent rally. On January 26, more than 300 policemen were injured during the tractor rally violence, which took place mostly in and around Mukarba Chowk, Gazipur, ITO, Seemapuri, Nangloi T-Point, Tikri Border and the Red Fort. Barricades were broken at Ghazipur, Tikri and Singhu borders.
