Farm laws: A boon or an ill-conceived reform?

Since the three farm laws were passed by the parliament in September, farmers across the country have been protesting against new laws, terming them as anti-farmer and demanding their rollback. The govt on the other hand has repeatedly asserted that the laws are beneficial to farmers. In this ETV Bharat Special, we try find out whether the farm laws are a boon to the farmers, as the govt asserts, or is it an ill-conceived reform.
