Firecracker tied to dog's tail in Maharashtra

Nagpur: While the Diwali festive fervour settles down, a viral video has surfaced showing two youngsters attempting to burn a firecracker tied at the tail of a stray dog. Members of People for Animals, organisation for animal rights and welfare filed complaint against the cruel act. The case has been registered against one of the youth under the Cruelty to Animals Act in Nagpur's Kordi police station
