Afzal Guru's son appeals for Govt help to get passport

Ghalib Guru, the son of Afzal Guru appealed to the government to issue him a passport, saying it would make him eligible for availing international medical scholarship. Ghalib, who has an Aadhaar card had passed his class 12 examination with a distinction.
