Violence in northwest Syria kills 13 people

13 people have been killed in violence between Syrian government forces and insurgents in Syria. The violence was the latest to threaten a seven-month-old Russia-Turkey sponsored truce that has averted a government offensive on insurgent-held Idlib and surrounding areas.
