Market Roundup: Indices scale over 3-month highs riding on financial stocks

Hyderabad: Indian equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty closed in green on Monday, led by gains in financial stocks. At the closing Sensex rallied 179 points while the broader Nifty jumped 67 points to 10,311.20. Petrol and diesel prices rose for the sixteenth straight day across the cities.
