Water conservation to be promoted on war-footing: Rajendra Singh (Part 1)

The waterman of India-Rajendra Singh spoke exclusively to ETV Bharat on the issue of water crisis that is affecting the entire nation. Rajendra Singh said that there is a water emergency in the country and the faster we realise it, the better. He said effort should be on war-footing for promoting water conservation.
