Ginger has always been an important ingredient in the Indian kitchen, due to its antiviral and antibacterial properties. Ginger helps in increasing the immunity of the body and reducing various types of infections. Be it any vegetable or drink, ginger goes with almost every dish or beverage, especially tea. Grate ginger and boil it in water. Now add honey to the concoction and drink it. It provides relief in fever and cold. You can also add a little lemon juice to it, to make it even more effective.

Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV to has certain medicinal properties, which can help in reducing the symptoms of seasonal fever. ACV is acidic in nature which reduces body heat. Apart from this, the vitamins and minerals found in it increase energy in the body. In case of seasonal fever, add 2 tbsp ACV and 1 tbsp honey to one glass of water and consume it.
