New Delhi: The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a petition challenging the Calcutta High court order which had barred the private unaided minority educational institutions from restricting students to participate in online exams as they had not paid fee.

The bench led by Justice Ashok Bhushan asked the petitioner to approach the High Court for modification of its order.
