Lucknow: A 27-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in Badshah Nagar on Monday.
Depressed over his unemployment, Mukul Yadav hanged himself from a ceiling fan.
On receiving the information, the police team reached the spot and brought him down.
The body has been sent for postmortem.
A similar incident of suicide over unemployment was reported from Uttar Pradesh's Banda, where a 32-year-old migrant worker allegedly ended his life after struggling with the financial crisis. The body of the deceased was found hanging from a plum tree.
