Kashi voters vow for 100% polling in final phase

With placards of 'We will vote", Kashi voters were urged to pledge 100% polling during Ganga Aarti in Varanasi. Polling will be held on 19 May in 59 seats of eight states in the seventh and final phase of LS elections 2019.

Varanasi: In wake of 2019 Lok Sabha elections, voters in Varanasi were sworn in during Ganga Aarti on Monday to come out in large numbers from their houses and vote. The seventh and final phase of LS polls will be held on May 19 in Varanasi.

With placards like 'we will vote' and 'vote', Kashi voters were appealed and urged during Ganga Aarti at Dashashmesh ghat.

Around 300 lamps were lit at the Ghat before the pledge of 100 per cent polling was administered to the voters there.

Polling will be held in 59 seats of eight states in the seventh and final phase of LS elections 2019.
