Tappal Community Health Center Superintendent Dr Brijesh Kumar said that the baby was born at 2:10 a.m and it's healthy.
"We are going to refer the baby to a higher Aligarh centre where we will get opinions on whether the baby can undergo any surgery," he said.
He added that usually, babies with deformity or health condition like a hole in the heart can be seen in level two of the scanning and parents decide if they want to go ahead with the pregnancy. But, due to lack of knowledge and awareness most people do not go for level 2 scanning.
