Tiruvallur: Merely three days after marriage, a couple died after the car in which they were traveling rammed into a lorry in Tiruvallur. The couple was heading to Arakkonam from Chennai and they died on the spot.
31-year-old Manoj Kumar who hailed from Arakkonam in Ranipettai district got married to 30-year-old Dr. Karthika on October 28. After the accident, the lorry driver has been absconding. The case was registered by Mappedu police and efforts are on to arrest the driver.
