Chidambaram (Tamil Nadu): A head constable posted in Chidambaram town police station, who died of Covid-19 on Tuesday at the Rajah Muthiah Medical College and Hospital (RMMCH) has been given a tribute by the city police on Wednesday.
A tribute was given to him by placing a garland on his portrait.

Police said Rajkumar was admitted to the RMMCH on Monday with complaints of fever for the past three days. A CT scan showed 60% involvement of the lungs.

Rajkumar (44) who was a resident of Bhuvanagiri in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu died without responding to treatment in the wee hours of Tuesday.
