Nagaur: In a spate of crimes against women in Congress-ruled Rajasthan, yet another rape case has come to the fore where a Dalit woman was allegedly gang-raped by three men in Nagaur district. They also inserted a bottle inside her private parts.
According to the report, the incident took place on January 19 at Gangwa village but the victim did not report the incident out of fear, as she was threatened by rapists.
The family, who was in a state of panic, finally lodged a police case after 5 days. Meanwhile, one of the family members said that he had gathered the courage to report the incident three days back but the station incharge refused saying his transfer order has come.
The accused, identified as Panchuram Jat, Kanaram Jat and Shravan Gurjar, are on the run, said the police.
A case has been registered against the incident at Parbatsar police station and efforts are on to nab accused, added the police.
