BJP MLA Madan Dilawar had filed a plea in Rajasthan HC earlier challenging the merger of 6 MLAs in Congress and thereby increasing their strength in the assembly. He had sought disqualification of those MLAs contending that it was unconstitutional.
These 6 MLAs want the plea to be transferred to SC.
