Two devotees died after they came in contact with a live electric wire during Jajpur's Rath Yatra, seven others reported injured
Jajpur (Odisha): Two persons died and seven others were injured as they came in contact with a live electric wire while pulling a chariot in Odisha's Jajpur Road area on Thursday.
The accident happened at Kaliapani of Jajpur road and the deceased were identified as Suchitra Lenka and Bharat Ray.
Others injured in the mishap were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
