Bhiwandi (Maharashtra): In a shocking incident, seven people received burn injuries in Bhiwandi after a group of men threw acid on them following a clash.
The incident took place at Sainath Nagar in Bhiwandi city and has created an atmosphere of fear in the area.
After getting the information, a team of local police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
The injured have been admitted to the Indira Gandhi Sub-District Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the identification of the injured and the attackers are being ascertained by the police.

The police have also started a manhunt for the attackers.
Meanwhile, police have registered an FIR over the incident and further investigation into the matter is underway.
It all started two days ago when the two groups had a minor quarrel over some issue after which one of the groups threw acid on the other.
Earlier, on September 24, a man allegedly threw acid on his wife and aunt at his residence in Karnataka's Dakshina Kannada district. The two women got severely injured and were rushed to a local hospital.
