Madhya Pradesh: In a letter to Aman Ullah, the village head of Jhikariya Khurd Panchayat of Bhopal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciated him for his contribution to cleanliness drive in India.
He congratulated him for making his village Open Defecation-Free (ODF).
