From Kashmir to Kanyakumari: The extraordinary journey of a cyclist

Neeraj Yagnik, a 53-year-old cyclist from Madhya Pradesh's Indore, recently completed a 4000-km journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari on his cycle. He was warmly welcomed by the people of his city as well as several BJP leaders who had also wished him luck when he was beginning his journey.

Indore: Cyclist Neeraj Yagnik returned to Indore on Monday after completing a cycle journey of about 4000 km from Lal Chowk in Srinagar to Kanyakumari, where he was welcomed by the people of the city as well as many BJP leaders.

Yagnik is a 53-year-old cyclist from Indore. He completed his journey in 3 weeks. During this time, he passed through 9 states and reached from one end of the country to the other.

BJP National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya had met Yagnik at Lal Chowk in Kashmir and wished him luck for the journey. There, Neeraj was also introduced to the then Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Satyapal Malik.

Neeraj Yagnik traveled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari on a bicycle.

Neeraj reached Kanyakumari from Jammu & Kashmir via Punjab and Haryana.

While on the way, he met with an accident after which, he was advised by doctors rest for seven days.

Neeraj, however, refused to stop and continued cycling for three consecutive days with one leg. He surpassed all the hurdles on his way to achieve what was difficult to achieve.

BJP National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya welcomed Neeraj Yagnik at the airport and brought him to Rajwada.

Neeraj has set an example for people all over the country. He says that he embarked on this journey to make people aware and inspire them to conquer new territories in their lives.

At the start of his journey, BJP National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya had met Neeraj himself to Lal Chowk in Kashmir where Neeraj was also introduced to the then Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Satyapal. Neeraj reached Kanyakumari from Jammu Kashmir via Punjab-Haryana, during this time he also had an accident on the way and the doctors told him to rest for 7 days but Neeraj did not stop despite this and for 3 consecutive days he even cycled with one leg. Neeraj says that he did this ride only to make people aware.
