Bhopal: A nine-day-old girl child has tested positive for coronavirus in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal.
The name of the infant is also included in the sample report sent from Bhopal to Delhi. However, it is yet to be confirmed how she got infected with COVID-19.
It is to be noted that the baby was born at the Sultania Zanana Hospital and her parents do not have corona infection.
On Sunday, as many as 12 new coronavirus positive cases were found in Bhopal that also include an 11-year-old child and a municipal worker.
So far, 198 coronavirus cases have been found in Bhopal, out of which 7 have lost their lives while 34 got fully recovered.
