Mandla: Four people were killed on Thursday, in an accident between a pickup vehicle and a mini truck on National Highway 30 Jabalpur Road in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh, police said.
Mandla SP Deepak Shukla has confirmed that three people travelling in the pickup vehicle and one person travelling in the truck have lost their lives in the accident.
Police are present at the accident site. Further details are awaited.

In a similar incident on Monday, at least eight people died in a road accident after a car and three motorcycles collided in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur district.
The incident occurred at Panna Road near Chandranagar in the Bamitha police station area. Police rushed to the spot soon after receiving the information about the incident.
Former chief minister Kamal Nath also expressed condolences to the kin of those who have lost their lives in the accident and said that the state government should extend immediate help to the deceased's family.
