Kannur (Kerala): Ananya, a visually-challenged girl from Kannur district in Kerala has become an overnight internet sensation owing to her melodious voice and adorable singing.
According to reports, the eight-year-old's singing video first surfaced on the internet a few days ago and since then it has caught on with the Kerala netizens.
Ananya is reportedly seen singing 'Nee Mukilo' song from the Parvathy-starrer Uyare, a Malayalam movie based on the life of an acid attack survivor.
Ananya , who is the youngest in her family, has been visually-challenged since birth.
Besides, her father Pushpan enrolled her in a music class as they identified her flair for music , when she was just three years old.
Pushpan said that Ananya used to hum tunes after listening to songs in radio and television sets.
Ananya, who now has an offer from a leading music director to sing in his new project, is currently a fourth standard student at Kannur model school for the blind.
She has already been invited to several music reality shows. With her immense talent and unfeigned passion for music, Ananya is set to make the world her stage.
