Cochin (Kerala): Air Customs officials at Cochin International Airport (MIA) on Saturday seized 2 kilograms of gold worth Rs 1 crore from a passenger. The accused has concealed the gold, weighing around 2 Kgs, inside an audio speaker.
According to sources, the accused hails from Kerala's Kinnaur District. He was arrested on arrival from Riyad (UAE). This was a big catch at Nedumbassery Airport (Kochi International Airport) in recent times.

Meanwhile, the gold has been seized and a case has been registered against the accused. Further investigation is underway.
